I decided to take an office at Prama House in 2008 and I can truly say that it has
been one of the best business decisions I've made. My business concerns the sale
of property in France and I'm often away from the office. In the past, this has
meant missed calls or perhaps urgent messages left on an answering machine to be
dealt with days later. Now, however, during my absences, the enthusiastic and efficient
staff at Prama House take all of my calls, patch through to me those that are urgent
and email me the details of the remainder. It's like having a well-trained and dedicated
back-up staff but without any of the HR hassle. The service is excellent and the
cost represents very good value - and, for someone who hates admin, I really appreciate
having just one monthly bill to pay for all of my office services.
