We are delighted to welcome Arabella Hook to the Prama House team in Oxford.
With previous experience in a number of office environments across Oxfordshire and London, she has the knowledge and positive attitude required to provide excellent customer service to all of our clients and Arabella is joining us as a Customer Service Assistant.
As has become customary when introducing a new member of staff, we have subjected her to the perils of the dreaded Clarendon Newsletter Interview and asked her a few questions:
What are the 5 words that best describe you?
Hardworking, Gregarious (as I love to socialise with people), Motivated, Caring and Positive
What is one of your favourite memories?
Travelling to Las Vegas, San Francisco and California with my family last summer
What was your dream job growing up?
As a child I wanted to be a teacher.
What's your greatest achievement and how has it shaped you?
Travelling to Australia on my own has really helped me as a person and with building my confidence. I feel I can travel anywhere and interact with anyone!
What are you most proud of?
Travelling to Australia, meeting new people and living there for a few months.
If you could live in a book, TV show or movie, what would it be?
The Kardashians, ha ha! I love make up, I love looking at what they wear and learning fitness tips.
What animal best represents you and why?
A butterfly because I am gentle and kind!
What is the main thing that makes you unique?
I am very positive and love a challenge.
What is one of your favourite quotes?
To stay positive in every situation and always smile no matter what is happening in your life!
